The posting

Dans le cadre de l'évolution d'applications métier, nous recherchons un UI Designer capable de concevoir des interfaces claires, cohérentes et accessibles, en collaboration étroite avec les équipes métier, produit et développement.

📌 Missions

  • Concevoir l'identité visuelle des interfaces, produire des maquettes haute fidélité et réaliser des prototypes interactifs.
  • Veiller à la cohérence graphique, à l'accessibilité numérique selon les normes WCAG et à l'adaptation responsive des applications.
  • Transformer les parcours utilisateurs et les wireframes en interfaces finales prêtes pour le développement.
  • Créer, maintenir et faire évoluer le Design System, les standards UI et les composants d'interface.
  • Participer aux tests utilisateurs et contribuer à l'analyse des résultats afin d'améliorer les interfaces.
  • Collaborer avec les Product Owners, Business Analysts, UX Designers et équipes de développement dans un cadre Agile, notamment en Scrum, avec une bonne compréhension du fonctionnement en sprint.
  • Intégrer dans la conception visuelle les orientations définies par la direction, l'architecte d'entreprise et les analystes métiers.
  • Préparer un hand-off UI clair à destination des développeurs.

✅ Compétences requises

  • Expérience confirmée en UI Design sur des applications web ou métier.
  • Très bonne maîtrise de Figma, indispensable pour la conception d'interfaces et de prototypes.
  • Maîtrise de ZeroHeight pour documenter ou faire vivre un design system.
  • Bonne connaissance des méthodologies Agile, en particulier Scrum et Kanban.
  • Excellentes capacités de communication, d'écoute et de collaboration avec les développeurs.
  • Capacité à traduire des concepts fonctionnels et des parcours utilisateurs en interfaces visuelles lisibles et centrées utilisateur.
  • Expertise dans la création de chartes graphiques, de typographies, d'iconographies et d'UI kits.
  • Maîtrise des principes de composition, de la théorie des couleurs et de la hiérarchie visuelle.
  • Une sensibilité UX, notamment en recherche utilisateur et en wireframing, constitue un atout important.
  • La capacité à présenter des prototypes et à expliquer la méthode de travail utilisée sera évaluée lors de l'entretien.
