Jouw rol als Validation Expert in pharma

Als Validation Expert draag je bij aan de borging van kwaliteit en compliance binnen een farmaceutische productieomgeving. Je zet validatieactiviteiten op, voert ze uit en helpt ze verder te verbeteren binnen uiteenlopende GMP-processen. Daarbij werk je over meerdere domeinen heen, met focus op process validation, cleaning validation en sterilisation validation.

In deze functie combineer je operationele ondersteuning met verbeterinitiatieven op langere termijn. Je werkt samen met QA, productie, engineering, maintenance en andere technische stakeholders om processen veilig, conform en betrouwbaar te houden.

Je verantwoordelijkheden

  • Uitwerken, uitvoeren en optimaliseren van validatiestrategieën voor processen, cleaning en sterilisatie.
  • Opstellen, beoordelen en goedkeuren van validatieplannen, protocollen en rapporten in lijn met GMP-richtlijnen.
  • Begeleiden van validatieactiviteiten op de productievloer en opvolgen van testen tijdens de uitvoering.
  • Ondersteunen van nieuwe productintroducties, equipmentwijzigingen en lifecycle management.
  • Onderzoeken van deviatie, uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en mee uitwerken van corrigerende maatregelen.
  • Samenwerken met QA, productie en engineering om compliance en inspectiebereidheid te ondersteunen.
  • Opstarten en doorvoeren van verbeterprojecten rond validatie, kwaliteit en procesbetrouwbaarheid.
  • Meewerken aan change controls en CAPA-trajecten waar relevant voor validatie en kwaliteitsborging.

📝 Jouw profiel

Je voelt je thuis in een GMP-omgeving waar kwaliteit en compliance centraal staan. Je analyseert complexe processen snel, legt verbanden tussen oorzaak en gevolg en neemt eigenaarschap over je dossiers. Tegelijk werk je vlot samen met verschillende stakeholders.

Hard skills

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een wetenschappelijke of technische richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen validatie in een farmaceutische of life sciences omgeving.
  • Je hebt ervaring met minstens één van de volgende domeinen: process validation, cleaning validation of sterilisation validation.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van GMP-richtlijnen en validatiedocumentatie.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.

Sterke troeven

  • Kennis van meerdere validatiedomeinen.
  • Ervaring in steriele productieomgevingen.
  • Kennis van Annex 1 en contaminatiecontrole.
  • Ervaring met change controls, CAPA's en risicoanalyses.
