Het bedrijf is een interieurarchitectenbureau dat brands en franchiseketens ondersteunt bij de inrichting van hun vestigingen binnen casual food, food retail en retail. Met gespecialiseerde kennis, expertise en een eigen methodologie begeleiden wij onze klanten bij de uitwerking en realisatie van hun concepten. We werken in een compact team waar collegialiteit, zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid belangrijk zijn.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je ondersteunt de senior projectleiders bij het tekenwerk en de technische voorbereiding van projecten voor commerciële ruimtes.
  • Je werkt bestaande concepten uit in 2D en 3D, maakt aanzichten en renders op en stelt gedetailleerde aanbestedingsplannen en meetstaten op.
  • Je analyseert offertes, maakt prijsvergelijkingen en vertaalt aanbestedingsplannen in uitvoeringsplannen in overleg met de betrokken aannemers.
  • Daarnaast ondersteun je de werfopvolging en zorg je voor werfverslagen, as built dossiers en de nodige administratieve opvolging.
  • De focus ligt op de voorbereiding en uitvoering van projecten, waarbij technisch tekenwerk een belangrijk deel van je dagelijkse takenpakket vormt.
  • Een opleiding Toegepaste Architectuur en relevante ervaring met uitvoeringsdossiers vormt een mooie basis.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van ArchiCad of bent bereid om je hierin verder op te leiden.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands met een basiskennis Frans en Engels en bent in bezit van een rijbewijs B.
