Wir suchen für den Kanton Bern und die angrenzenden Regionen eine fachkompetente, führungsstarke und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit als Senior Projektleiter/\-in Strassenbau im Führungskader.

In dieser Funktion sind Sie von der Idee über die Angebotserstellung bis hin zur Ausführung über alle Projektphasen hinweg die treibende Kraft in Ihrer Sparte. Als Führungskader delegieren Sie Arbeiten an die Ingenieure in Ihrem Team, orchestrieren die unterstützenden Leistungen aus dem Projektoffice und setzen positive Zeichen durch die Art und Weise, wie Sie Ihre Projekte führen. Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Vorgesetzten helfen Sie mit, die Business Unit Strassenbau im einschlägigen Markt weiterzuentwickeln, und festigen die Kundenbeziehungen in Ihrer Region. Sie schätzen die kurzen Wege in der Organisation sowie den aktiven und respektvollen Austausch über alle Hierarchiestufen hinweg.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Gesamtprojektleitung von A bis Z im Strassenbau für die öffentliche Hand im Kanton Bern
  • Führung, Förderung und Weiterentwicklung der Ingenieure und Fachspezialisten in Ihrem Team
  • Planung und Organisation der Ressourcen innerhalb der Abteilung Strassenbau in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Leiter der Business Unit
  • Betreuung von strategisch wichtigen Grosskunden in Ihrer Region
  • Mitgestaltung und Einflussnahme auf interne Geschäftsprozesse und Workflows

Ihr Profil

  • Höhere Ausbildung in Bauingenieurwissenschaften an einer FH oder der ETH
  • Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Strassenbau
  • Leidenschaftliche/\-r Projektleiter/\-in mit dem Flair, Kolleginnen und Kollegen als Coach weiterzubringen
  • Kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit gewinnendem Auftreten sowohl extern als auch intern
