Après une période d’intégration, vous rejoignez notre équipe de consultants de Lausanne. Vous décrochez des mandats exigeants et pilotez les processus de recrutement qui vous sont confiés. Vous convainquez les clients potentiels par votre personnalité, en incarnant notre exigence de qualité et en vous appuyant sur nos méthodes de recrutement modernes. La collaboration avec notre société Corporate Management Selection C.M.S. AG vous permet également de mobiliser des contacts au\-delà des métiers techniques.

Vos missions

  • Acquérir des mandats de recrutement nécessitant un conseil approfondi
  • Exécuter des processus de recrutement exigeants (cadres, dirigeants et spécialistes)
  • Contribuer au développement de notre organisation et de nos domaines d’activité
  • Développer votre propre réseau professionnel
  • Représenter notre entreprise au sein d’associations et d’organisations économiques

Votre profil

  • Plusieurs années d’expérience comme cadre dirigeant en Suisse romande
  • Expérience confirmée dans la vente ou en business development
  • Aisance relationnelle, dynamisme et capacité à concrétiser les projets
  • Sens du service et esprit d’équipe
  • Sens des responsabilités, autonomie et fiabilité
  • Maîtrise du français et aisance en allemand ou en anglais
