Technicien·ne de Service – Casernes et Ateliers de Pompiers

Après une période d’introduction au siège à Berne et des visites de clients accompagné·e du chef de la division et de collègues du service technique, vous vous formez peu à peu dans votre domaine d’activité. En votre qualité de technicien·ne de service, vous vous occupez en particulier des mises en service, de la maintenance et des réparations. Si vous avez des questions ou avez besoin de soutien dans les opérations courantes, vous pouvez compter sur vos collègues de travail pour vous épauler de manière simple et pragmatique. Une équipe bien rodée et attentionnée vous attend.

Vos tâches

  • Personne de contact de vos clients dans le domaine des fonctionnalités techniques
  • Mises en service au sein de l’équipe de projet
  • Formations des responsables du matériel technique
  • Travaux d’entretien et de maintenance
  • Dépannages et travaux de réparation
  • Discussions avec la maison\-mère en cas de questions complexes
  • Collaboration étroite à l’interne au sein du service et avec les collègues de la vente
  • Organisation et documentation de votre activité

Votre profil

  • Formation technique en mécanique, électrotechnique, automation ou mécatronique
  • Idéalement, expérience en tant que membre d’un corps de sapeurs\-pompiers et connaissance des besoins de vos clients
  • autonomie et aptitude à planifier et à accomplir vos tâches
  • sens de la communication et intérêt marqué pour un travail couvrant toute la Suisse romande
  • Très bonnes connaissances du français et de l’allemand
