Als Automation Engineer versterk je een langdurig automatisatieproject binnen een complexe farmaceutische productieomgeving in Puurs. Vanuit je diepgaande kennis van Siemens S7, TIA Portal, STL en SCL onderhoud, analyseer en optimaliseer je geïntegreerde productiesystemen. Je werkt dicht bij de productievloer en vormt een technische schakel tussen operatoren, techniekers en project engineers. Troubleshooting en softwareoptimalisatie

  • Analyseer storingen en afwijkingen in geïntegreerde productiesystemen en achterhaal de technische oorzaak.
  • Onderhoud en optimaliseer bestaande PLC-software en complexe besturingen.
  • Realiseer gerichte softwareaanpassingen en uitbreidingen zonder systemen vanaf nul te ontwerpen.
  • Werk aan installaties zoals debagger, e-beam, vullijn, transportsystemen, automatische laad- en lossystemen, autoclaaf, inspectielijn en verpakkingsrobots.
  • Doorgrond complexe bestaande software en verbeter de betrouwbaarheid en werking van installaties.

Technische samenwerking op de productievloer

  • Werk nauw samen met operatoren, techniekers en project engineers om technische problemen efficiënt op te lossen.
  • Vertaal complexe technische oorzaken en oplossingen helder naar collega's met verschillende technische achtergronden.
  • Werk zelfstandig in een dynamische productieomgeving en stel prioriteiten bij veranderende omstandigheden.
  • Ondersteun tijdens geplande sluitingen sporadisch werkzaamheden in shiften of weekends.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in automatisatie of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt doorgedreven ervaring binnen industriële automatisatie.
  • Je beschikt over vergevorderde kennis van Siemens S7, TIA Portal, STL en SCL.
  • Kennis van motion drives zoals B&R, Jetter of Simotion is een meerwaarde.
  • Ervaring met robotsystemen van ABB of Stäubli en camerasystemen is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent analytisch en verdiept je graag in complexe productieprocessen en automatisatieproblemen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en stressbestendig en kan vlot prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je functioneert goed binnen een multidisciplinair team en communiceert helder met technische en niet-technische collega's.
  • Je bent bereid om sporadisch tijdens geplande sluitingen in shiften of weekends te werken.
