Als Customer Project manager geef je richting aan complexe productontwikkelings- en industrialisatieprojecten binnen een internationale productieomgeving. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het succesvol realiseren van nieuwe producten, van klantvraag en conceptontwikkeling tot validatie, opschaling en commerciële productie. Door klantverwachtingen, technische ontwikkeling, kwaliteit en operations met elkaar te verbinden, zorg je voor een gestructureerde uitvoering en een succesvolle marktintroductie.

Projectsturing en stakeholdermanagement

  • Definieer projectdoelstellingen, succescriteria, mijlpalen, deliverables en verantwoordelijkheden binnen klantgerichte ontwikkelingsprojecten.
  • Vertaal klantbehoeften en functionele vereisten naar een haalbaar projectplan met aandacht voor timing, budget, middelen en risico's.
  • Stem verwachtingen af met klanten, management en interne stakeholders gedurende het volledige projecttraject.
  • Bewaak de voortgang, scope, budgetten en deadlines en stuur tijdig bij waar nodig.
  • Identificeer projectrisico's, afhankelijkheden en knelpunten en implementeer passende mitigerende acties.
  • Beheer wijzigingen binnen projecten en zorg voor een gecontroleerde besluitvorming en documentatie.
  • Rapporteer projectstatus, risico's en resultaten op een transparante manier aan alle betrokken partijen.

Productontwikkeling, industrialisatie en governance

  • Coördineer multidisciplinaire teams bestaande uit R&D, Quality, Product Engineering, Supply Chain en Operations binnen een matrixorganisatie.
  • Leid projecten doorheen het volledige ontwikkelingsproces, inclusief ontwerp, prototyping, testen, validatie en industrialisatie.
  • Zorg voor een efficiënte overdracht van ontwikkelde producten naar grootschalige commerciële productie.
  • Organiseer en faciliteer projectreviews, milestone assessments en stage-gatebeoordelingen.
  • Bewaak de naleving van kwaliteitsnormen, regelgeving en interne procedures tijdens alle projectfases.
  • Coördineer product-, proces-, leveranciers- en klantgedreven wijzigingen inclusief impactanalyse en goedkeuringsprocessen.
  • Ondersteun continue verbetering van projectmethodieken, samenwerking en ontwikkelingsprocessen binnen de organisatie.
  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in Engineering of een vergelijkbare technische richting.
  • Je hebt minimaal vijf jaar ervaring in projectmanagement.
  • Je hebt ervaring met productontwikkeling en industrialisatie van consumables
  • Een PMP-certificering is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt inzicht in ontwerp, prototyping, testen, validatie en productieprocessen.
  • Kennis van GMP, medische hulpmiddelen, farmaceutische regelgeving vormt een meerwaarde.
  • Je communiceert vlot met klanten, technische teams en management.
  • Je brengt structuur in complexe situaties en behoudt overzicht over meerdere prioriteiten.
  • Je beschikt over sterke organisatorische, communicatieve en stakeholdermanagementvaardigheden.
  • Je bent bereid om occasioneel internationaal te reizen.
