Als Process Engineer versterk je industriële en productieomgevingen in de regio's Limburg, Vlaams-Brabant, Kempen en Antwerpen. Vanuit jouw technische expertise werk je aan procesoptimalisatie, machine-efficiëntie en productkwaliteit binnen uiteenlopende projecten.

De functie combineert analyse en verbetering met een sterke betrokkenheid bij de operationele praktijk. Je werkt samen met klanten, leveranciers, engineering en onderhoud om processen verder te ontwikkelen en duurzame verbeteringen te realiseren.

Wat ga je doen?Procesoptimalisatie en kwaliteit

Binnen deze rol breng je bestaande productie- en industriële processen in kaart en analyseer je waar optimalisaties mogelijk zijn. Op basis van experimenten, analyses en technische inzichten werk je verbetertrajecten uit en begeleid je de implementatie ervan. Daarbij bewaak je de toepassing van procedures en processen volgens de geldende ISO-richtlijnen en de verwachtingen van de klant.

Je hebt daarnaast aandacht voor productkwaliteit, preventie en veiligheid. Door processen kritisch te evalueren en verbeteringen onderbouwd door te voeren, draag je bij aan stabielere en efficiëntere productieomgevingen.

Technische samenwerking en implementatie

Een belangrijk onderdeel van de functie is het verhogen van de machine-efficiëntie en het vertalen van technische analyses naar concrete verbeteringen op de productievloer. Je stemt hiervoor regelmatig af met klanten en leveranciers en werkt nauw samen met ingenieurs binnen de engineeringafdeling en collega's van onderhoud.

Daarnaast stel je werkinstructies op en ondersteun je de praktische implementatie van verbeteringen. Afhankelijk van het project ligt de nadruk daarbij op procesengineering, productieoptimalisatie, kwaliteit of technische efficiëntie.

Je beschikt over een Masterdiploma in (Elektro)mechanica of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Technische kennis van industriële en productieprocessen vormt een belangrijke basis binnen deze functie.

Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Engels. Je kan technische informatie helder communiceren naar klanten, collega's en leveranciers. Je werkt gestructureerd, plant en organiseert efficiënt en weet de juiste prioriteiten te stellen. Tegelijk combineer je een sterke teamgerichte aanpak met voldoende zelfstandigheid om projecten autonoom op te nemen.
