Als Project Engineer realiseer en optimaliseer je technische projecten en verpakkingsprocessen binnen een hoogtechnologische productieomgeving. Je combineert projectbeheer, procesoptimalisatie, validatie en kwaliteitsborging en draagt rechtstreeks bij aan betrouwbare en efficiënte productielijnen.Projectbeheer en technische realisatie* Volg technische projecten op van haalbaarheidsstudie tot implementatie.* Onderzoek investeringen, nieuwe technologieën en technische aanpassingen.* Vertaal projecten naar concrete plannen, budgetten en deadlines.* Beheer offerteaanvragen, bestellingen, factuurcontroles en ERP-opvolging.* Werk calculaties uit en beoordeel technische alternatieven met het projectteam.* Coördineer externe medewerkers en onderhoud contacten met leveranciers voor machines, installaties en interventies.Procesoptimalisatie, validatie en kwaliteit* Optimaliseer verpakkingslijnen op vlak van lijnsnelheid, prestaties en omsteltijden.* Analyseer storingen en procesafwijkingen en vertaal deze naar gerichte verbeteracties.* Werk samen met productie, techniek en kwaliteit rond validatieprotocollen, Change Requests en CAPA-acties.* Beheer technische documentatie zoals procesbeschrijvingen, URS, FAT/SAT, werkinstructies, onderhoudsrichtlijnen en storingsanalyses.* Geef technische opleidingen en bewaak veiligheids- en hygiënevoorschriften.* Pas GMP- en kwaliteitsprocedures correct toe en volg afwijkingen doortastend op.

* Je beschikt over een technisch ingenieursdiploma of een gelijkwaardig kennisniveau door ervaring.* Je hebt minstens vijf jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige technische functie, bij voorkeur binnen een productieomgeving.* Je hebt een stevige basis in technisch projectbeheer en procesoptimalisatie.* Ervaring binnen de farmaceutische of chemische sector is een belangrijke troef.* Je bent vertrouwd met GMP-richtlijnen, farmaceutische voorschriften en kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen.* Je kunt procedures, technische rapporten en opleidingsdocumentatie opstellen.* Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office.* Je bent technisch sterk, kwaliteitsgericht en in staat om projecten en verbeteracties gestructureerd op te volgen.
