Als Project Engineer neem je de lead over technische investerings- en optimalisatieprojecten binnen industriële productieomgevingen. Je combineert technische diepgang en projectverantwoordelijkheid om installaties betrouwbaarder en processen efficiënter te maken.Projectvoorbereiding en technische uitwerking* Werk projectvoorstellen uit rond optimalisatie, rentabilisering en verbetering van productieprocessen.* Vertaal technische concepten naar plannen, budgetten, lastenboeken en haalbare projectaanpakken.* Analyseer offertes, selecteer leveranciers en stem af met interne stakeholders.* Onderbouw en verdedig projectvoorstellen bij directie en betrokken afdelingen.* Beoordeel technische plannen en uitvoeringsdossiers.Projectopvolging en implementatie* Coördineer projecten van goedkeuring tot oplevering, inclusief planning, uitvoering, testen en installatie.* Stuur projectteams, interne afdelingen en externe partners aan.* Bewaak investeringsbudgetten, kosten en projectrapportering.* Volg implementatie, oplevering en indienstname van installaties op.* Deel technische kennis en zorg voor een vlotte overdracht naar operationele teams.

* Je hebt een masterdiploma in Ingenieurswetenschappen, bij voorkeur energie, werktuigkunde of een gelijkaardige technische richting.* Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen een industriële productie- of engineeringomgeving.* Je hebt ervaring met projectmatig werken, budgetopvolging en het gelijktijdig beheren van technische projecten.* Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.* Je schakelt gemakkelijk met stakeholders op verschillende niveaus.* Je houdt overzicht, denkt strategisch en vertaalt abstracte ideeën naar concrete acties.* Je werkt hands-on, helder en transparant en weet teams en externe partners mee te krijgen.
