Als Project Engineer Formulatie neem je een sleutelrol op binnen een technisch project bij een farmaceutische klant in Puurs. De focus ligt op aseptische formulatieprocessen en de bijbehorende procesinstallaties, met aandacht voor technologie, compliance en betrouwbare projectuitvoering.

Binnen deze rol wordt technische expertise gecombineerd met projectcoördinatie, verificatie, validatie en stakeholdermanagement. Zo draag je bij aan installaties en processen die correct ontworpen, getest, gedocumenteerd en klaar voor productieoverdracht zijn.

Wat ga je doen?

Engineering en technische projectuitwerking

Binnen deze rol ligt de focus op projecten rond procestechnologie voor farmaceutische formulatieprocessen. Denk aan CIP/SIP-systemen, isolatortechnologie, utiliteitspanelen, mengers, tankkoeling, mobiele RVS-vaten en andere apparatuur die essentieel is binnen aseptische productieomgevingen.

Vanuit operationele, technische en compliancekennis wordt input geleverd aan het projectteam. Technische specificaties worden helder gedefinieerd en gedocumenteerd, waaronder Engineering Design Specifications, P&ID's en elektrische schema's. Daarbij wordt bewaakt dat ontwerpkeuzes aansluiten bij de geldende normen, de projectdoelstellingen en de vereisten van een farmaceutische omgeving.

Tijdens ontwerp, constructie en implementatie wordt nauw afgestemd met de projectleider en andere stakeholders. De installatie wordt technisch opgevolgd, leveranciers worden aangestuurd tijdens bouw, installatie en testing, en er wordt gecontroleerd of de uiteindelijke uitvoering overeenstemt met de afgesproken specificaties.

Projectcoördinatie, validatie en overdracht

Naast de technische engineering omvat de functie ook een sterke projectmatige verantwoordelijkheid. Planning, budgetopvolging, problem solving, rapportering, besluitvorming en stakeholdermanagement worden actief opgevolgd, zodat het project gestructureerd vooruitgaat en technische knelpunten tijdig worden aangepakt.

Voor dit project ligt er een belangrijke verantwoordelijkheid bij het definiëren en uitvoeren van engineeringtesten, verificatie en validatie. De testaanpak wordt bepaald, testprotocollen worden opgesteld en de nodige verificatie- en validatiedocumenten worden uitgewerkt. De uitvoering gebeurt in nauwe samenwerking met Subject Matter Experts en andere betrokken partijen.

In de afrondende fase wordt de overdracht naar productie voorbereid en ondersteund. Projectdocumentatie wordt opgeleverd, opstartresultaten worden opgevolgd en eventuele afwijkingen of acties worden correct beheerd via onder meer CAPA's, risicoanalyses en CGMP-beoordelingen.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een masterdiploma in engineering of een gelijkwaardig technisch niveau door relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het uitvoeren, plannen en coördineren van CAPEX-projecten binnen een technische of industriële omgeving.
  • Je hebt technische affiniteit met aseptische formulatieprocessen, procesinstallaties en apparatuur zoals CIP/SIP-systemen, mengers, tanks, RVS-vaten en bijhorende utilities.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels. Ervaring binnen een farmaceutische omgeving is een sterke troef, zeker op het vlak van GMP, risicoanalyses, verificatie en validatie.
  • Je communiceert helder, neemt initiatief en werkt pragmatisch naar resultaat. Je kan zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid opnemen, maar weet ook hoe je een projectteam meekrijgt en motiveert.
  • Je werkt kwaliteitsgedreven, hands-on en oplossingsgericht, met voldoende overzicht om technische, operationele en compliance-aspecten samen te brengen.
