Als Senior Production Process Engineer neem je ownership over een deel van de productie binnen een hoogtechnologische, geautomatiseerde productieomgeving. Je zorgt voor stabiele processen, optimale machineprestaties en structurele verbeteringen en werkt daarbij nauw samen met operatoren, techniekers en andere afdelingen.Productie opvolgen en verbeteren* Leid de dagelijkse productiemeeting, bespreek knelpunten en verdeel acties.* Volg OEE, kwaliteitsresultaten en productieprestaties op en analyseer afwijkingen.* Werk structurele oplossingen uit voor technische en procesgerelateerde problemen.* Ondersteun techniekers bij technische storingen en werk nauw samen met operatoren.* Pas Lean, 5S, Kanban en TPM toe om verliezen te beperken en efficiëntie te verhogen.* Betrek medewerkers actief bij inspectie, reiniging en onderhoud.Processen en installaties optimaliseren* Begeleid nieuwe machines van opstart tot stabiele productie.* Analyseer grondoorzaken en volg verbeteracties structureel op.* Standaardiseer processen en optimaliseer machine- en procesprestaties.* Houd werkinstructies en procesdocumentatie actueel.* Draag bij aan een veilige, kwaliteitsgerichte productieomgeving waarin continu verbeteren centraal staat.

* Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in elektromechanica of een vergelijkbare technische richting.* Je hebt ongeveer vijf jaar ervaring in een productieomgeving met geautomatiseerde machines.* Ervaring met assembly, packaging of sterilisatie is een plus.* Je hebt kennis van Lean manufacturing, 5S en Kanban.* Basiskennis van PLC's en Cpk is een plus.* Je bent analytisch sterk, hands-on en gericht op structurele oplossingen.* Je neemt initiatief, toont ownership en werkt graag samen met operatoren en techniekers.* Je bent zelfstandig, leergierig en communicatief sterk.* Je beheerst voldoende Nederlands om dagelijkse productiemeetings te leiden en kan je uitdrukken in het Engels.* Je werkt graag op de productievloer en bent bereid de vereiste beschermende kledij te dragen.
