Du arbetar nära verksamheten och bidrar till att skapa ett smidigt och effektivt flöde mellan reservdelar och skadeverkstad. Här möts du av gemenskap, framåtanda och kvalitet i en härlig kombination. Om rollen Som reservdelsmedarbetare blir du en viktig länk mellan reservdelsavdelningen, skadeverkstaden och våra leverantörer. Ditt fokus är att säkerställa att rätt delar finns på plats, i rätt skick och vid rätt tidpunkt. Du arbetar bland annat med reservdelsunderlag i CABAS, orderhantering samt inköp och uppföljning av nya och begagnade reservdelar. Du hanterar även avvikelser och ser till att delarna är korrekta innan de går vidare till skadeverkstaden. Rollen innebär samtidigt att du är en del av vår gemensamma reservdelsverksamhet. När behov uppstår kommer du därför även att stötta interndisken, som arbetar mot våra verkstäder. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter Hantera reservdelar och reservdelsunderlag för skadeverkstaden. Rätta och komplettera underlag i CABAS. Beställa och följa upp nya och begagnade reservdelar. Ta emot och kontrollera delar inför planerade arbeten. Hantera avvikelser och kompletteringar. Samarbeta nära skadeverkstaden för att skapa ett effektivt reservdelsflöde.

Vem är du? Vi söker dig som är noggrann, serviceinriktad och lösningsorienterad. Du gillar struktur och tar ansvar för att saker blir rätt, samtidigt som du är flexibel när förutsättningarna förändras. Du trivs med att samarbeta, har lätt för att prioritera och hjälper gärna till där behovet är som störst. Vi ser gärna att du: Har erfarenhet från reservdelar, skadeverkstad, verkstad, lager eller fordonsbranschen. Har erfarenhet av CABAS, eller god systemvana och vilja att lära dig. Har kunskap om eller intresse för fordon och reservdelar. Har god administrativ förmåga och arbetar strukturerat. Trivs med många kontaktytor och ett nära samarbete med verkstaden.
