Vi søker en Social Media Spesialist som ønsker å være med på å drive fremgangsrike digitale kampanjer for små og mellomstore bedrifter.

Rollen fokuserer på både betalt annonsering og organisk innhold, hvor du har ansvar for strategi, planlegging, oppsett og optimalisering av kampanjer i sosiale medier (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok og Snapchat).

Du vil ha et helhetlig ansvar for dine kunder – fra brief til oppfølging – og jobbe datadrevet med tydelige mål og KPI-er. Rollen innebærer også et tett samarbeid med salgsavdelingen og øvrige spesialister i Customer Success-teamet.

Dine hovedsakelige ansvarsområder

  • Utarbeide strategier og kanalvalg for kampanjer basert på kundens mål og målgrupper
  • Sette opp, følge opp og optimalisere kampanjer mot definerte KPI-er
  • Analysere resultater og presentere innsikt samt anbefalinger til forbedringer
  • Implementere og feilsøke sporing via Pixel og Google Tag Manager
  • Ha aktiv kundekontakt med regelmessige avstemminger og rådgivning
  • Bidra med kunnskap og ideer for å videreutvikle våre prosesser og kampanjemetodikk

Om deg

  • Du har 3–5 års erfaring med betalt annonsering i sosiale medier (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Du har praktisk erfaring med Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Snapchat Ads og TikTok Ads
  • Du er vant til å jobbe mot tydelige mål og håndtere flere kundekontoer parallelt
  • Du trives i en rådgivende rolle og er trygg i kundedialoger
  • Du har god forståelse for målgruppeanalyse, konverteringsmål og kampanjestrategi
  • Du er analytisk, proaktiv og har et kreativt blikk for hvordan innhold og budskap best når frem til riktig målgruppe
  • Relevant høyere utdanning innen markedsføring, kommunikasjon eller tilsvarende
  • En fordel: Erfaring med å bruke AI-verktøy til å skape innhold, bilder eller videoer til markedsføring
