Voor onze klant in Genk zijn we op zoek naar een hoofdtechnieker.

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

  • Aansturen van 2 storingstechniekers
  • Onderhoudsplanning opvolgen en realiseren
  • Onderhoudsinterventies en procedures uitwerken of bijsturen
  • Toezicht houden op de interventies en op de werking van uitrusting, materieel en installaties(keuringen, tests, proeven, instellingen,..)
  • Werkvoorbereiding, onderzoek en offertes aanvragen
  • Technisch magazijn beheer
  • Uitvoeren/ondersteunen van curatief en preventief onderhoud van het machinepark
  • Opsporen en verhelpen van technische storingen (elektrisch, mechanisch, hydraulisch of pneumatisch) om de continuïteit en de rendabiliteit te garanderen
  • Technische ondersteuning en advies verlenen aan de afdelingen productie, engineering, kwaliteit,...
  • Verbeteracties/projecten opzetten en implementeren
  • Zorgen voor het technisch in orde houden van alle productie installaties voor de continuïteit en de rendabiliteit te garanderen
  • Technisch in orde houden van zowel bedrijfshal als kantoren
  • Je hebt minstens een diploma technisch secundair onderwijs
  • Je hebt reeds een eerste leidinggevende ervaring in deze functie
  • Minimum 10 jaren ervaring als service technieker/storingstechnieker in een industriële omgeving
  • Een goede kennis van MS Office
  • Een goede algemene kennis van zowel mechanica (pneumatica/hydraulica) als elektriciteit/elektronica
  • Spreekt vloeiend Nederlands met een goede kennis Engels. Duits is een pluspunt
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken
  • Je bent flexibel, stressbestendig en hebt zin voor verantwoordelijkheid wat maakt dat je resultaatgericht werkt
