Als Projectleider heb je volgend takenpakket:

  • Je waakt erover dat alles technisch volgens plan verloopt
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat timing en budgetten worden gerespecteerd
  • Je staat in voor de communicatie met je klant en het ontwerpteam
  • Je leid het werf team
  • Je motiveert medewerkers, ontwikkelt en stuurt aan, zowel individueel als in groep
  • Je waakt over veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu
  • Je hebt een Master Industrieel Ingenieur of Burgelijk Ingenieur Bouwkunde
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring
  • Je bent een geboren leider en project manager
  • Je bent een kritische denker en probleemoplosser
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld
  • Je bent sterk in communicatie
  • Je hebt kennis van boekhoudkundige en financiële principes
  • Je hebt een kennis van bouwwetgeving
