Beskrivning och arbetsuppgifter Som undersköterska inom Hälsa och Sjukvård utför du HSL-insatser på uppdrag av sjuksköterskor. Du är sjuksköterskornas förlängda arm och utför såromläggningar, provtagningar och andra delegerade arbetsuppgifter. Som undersköterska ansvarar du även för övriga kringuppgifter på kontoret. Uppdraget är fritt, varierande och självständigt och kräver att du är trygg som person samt har erfarenhet av liknande uppgifter. I denna tjänst ingår också att vikariera som Koordinator vid ordinarie Koordinators frånvaro. Arbetsuppgifter är bemanningsplanering efter verksamhetens behov, hantera frånvaro, lägga och uppdatera scheman i schemasystemet Medvind, ha kontakt med medarbetare, vikarier och chefer. Kvalifikationer För att lyckas i rollen krävs minst 5 års erfarenhet som undersköterska. Arbetar bra med andra människor. Relaterar till andra på ett lyhört och smidigt sätt. Lyssnar, kommunicerar och löser konflikter på ett konstruktivt sätt. Är kommunikativ och serviceinriktad. Trivs med ett högt tempo och många parallella uppgifter. Kan fatta beslut och prioritera när förutsättningarna snabbt förändras. Ha god datorvana. Meriterande att ha erfarenhet av att arbeta i schemasystem. Villkor Arbetet sker dagtid mån-fre.
