  • ניהול יומנים עבור דרגים בכירים
  • תמיכה וגיבוי עמדת קבלה במידת הצורך
  • עבודה מול ממשקים רבים (פנימיים וחיצוניים)
  • עבודה שוטפת מול הנהלת חשבונות, לרבות הקמת הזמנות רכש וקליטת חשבוניות, כולל טיפול ומעקב צמוד עד להשלמת התהליך
  • תמיכה אדמינסטרטיבית ולוגיסטית מקיפה בצרכי המחלקה

Requirements

  • ניסיון קודם בניהול יומנים מורכבים
  • ניסיון בעבודת Back Office
  • יכולת עבודה בסביבה ממוחשבת עם שליטה ביישומי Office לרבות Excel
  • אנגלית ברמה טובה (דיבור, קריאה וכתיבה)
  • הכרות ועבודה עם סאפ – יתרון
  • תואר ראשון - יתרון
