  • Erprobung und Bewertung von AI-Anwendungsfällen in für verschiedene Beratungsprodukte
  • Recherche und Bewertung neuer AI-Tools, Plattformen und Technologien
  • Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen im Bereich AI
  • Unterstützung bei der Einführung von AI-Lösungen
  • Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen, Leitfäden und Best Practices
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Workshops zu Themen wie Generative AI, Automatisierung und Prozessoptimierung
  • Entwicklung und Dokumentation von Prompting-Standards
  • Unterstützung bei Pilotprojekten und Proof-of-Concepts
  • Konzeption, Aufbau und Pflege von AI-Agenten
  • Entwicklung und Betreuung von Agenten-Netzwerken für unterschiedliche Geschäftsprozesse
  • Aufbau von KI gestützten Datenbanken

Dein Profil

  • Laufendes Master-Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwissenschaften, Data Science, BWL oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Begeisterung für Künstliche Intelligenz, Digitalisierung und Innovation
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen mit Generative AI und modernen AI-Tools
  • Interesse an AI-Agenten, AI-Datenbanken, Automatisierung und digitalen Geschäftsprozessen
  • Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative und Lernbereitschaft
  • Freude am Experimentieren
  • Neugier auf neue Technologien und digitale Trends
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich aufzubereiten
  • Kommunikatives Auftreten und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Teams
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und Pragmatismus
  • Mut, neue Ideen einzubringen und umzusetzen
