Ben jij in staat om financiële inzichten snel te vertalen naar strategische keuzes, rust en richting te brengen in een dynamische omgeving en tegelijkertijd een team effectief aan te sturen? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

Als Interim Manager Business Control bij Ennatuurlijk geef je leiding aan de teams Business Control, Investment en Risk. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de integrale financiële sturing van de organisatie en zorgt voor continuïteit, focus en resultaat binnen een organisatie die vooroploopt in de energietransitie.

Je bent een stevige gesprekspartner voor directie, MT en aandeelhouders. Op basis van financiële analyses, scenario’s, investeringsvoorstellen en risicobeoordelingen vertaal je inzichten naar heldere adviezen en concrete besluitvorming. Je overziet complexe vraagstukken en weet snel de verbinding te leggen tussen strategie, bedrijfsvoering en financiële resultaten. Om dit succesvol te doen:

  • Geef je leiding aan een team van ruim 10 professionals en zorg je voor focus, samenwerking en duidelijke prioriteiten;
  • Vertaal je financiële analyses, forecasts en marktontwikkelingen naar concrete stuurinformatie voor directie en management;
  • Zorg je voor samenhang tussen business control, investeringen en risicomanagement en adviseer je over strategische en bedrijfskritische vraagstukken;
  • Breng je waar nodig verbeteringen aan in KPI-sturing, dashboards, rapportages en performance management;
  • Treed je op als stevige sparringpartner voor directie, aandeelhouders, financiers en commissarissen;
  • Borg je continuïteit en lever je zichtbaar resultaat binnen de afgesproken interim-opdracht.

Je voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar veranderingen elkaar snel opvolgen en waar van je verwacht wordt dat je zelfstandig richting geeft. Je combineert strategisch inzicht met een pragmatische aanpak en weet snel vertrouwen op te bouwen binnen de organisatie. Daarbij werk je intensief samen met directie, operations, commercie, projecten, IT en stafafdelingen en schakel je soepel tussen operationele, tactische en strategische vraagstukken.

Wat we vragen

Je combineert analytische scherpte met verbindend leiderschap en een sterke strategische blik. Met jouw stijlflexbiliteit weet jij goed in contact te staan met de directie en de operatie, belangen bij elkaar te brengen en inzichten te vertalen naar richtinggevende keuzes. Daarbij creëer je een omgeving waarin professionals kunnen groeien in verantwoordelijkheid en prestaties. Verder breng je mee:

  • Een afgeronde WO-opleiding in Finance, Bedrijfseconomie, Bedrijfskunde, Econometrie of een vergelijkbare richting, aangevuld met relevante vakinhoudelijke opleidingen (zoals RC, RA, CFA of vergelijkbaar);
  • Ruime ervaring in een complexe, projectmatige en kapitaalintensieve omgeving, met brede kennis van business control, investeringsvraagstukken en risicomanagement;
  • Ervaring binnen de energiesector, infrastructuur of een andere asset-intensieve omgeving, waarbij je gewend bent te opereren in een dynamisch stakeholderveld;
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om complexe financiële vraagstukken begrijpelijk en overtuigend over te brengen op verschillende niveaus;
  • Bewezen leiderschap in een veranderende organisatie, waarbij je richting geeft, verbinding creëert en actief investeert in de ontwikkeling van mensen en teams.
