Wir, die Rudolf Hörmann GmbH & Co. KG, realisieren seit über 60 Jahren mit etwa 850 Mitarbeitenden verschiedenste Bauprojekte für gewerbliche und landwirtschaftliche Zwecke. Dazu gehören z.B. die weltweit größte Boulderhalle in Holzbauweise und der größte PV-Ladepark der Welt mit HÖRMANN-Konstruktion. Geschäftsfeldentwicklung:

  • Du entwickelst Vertriebskonzepte zwischen HÖRMANN und unserem Spin-off EnopAI und bringst KI-gestützte Energiesysteme direkt zum Kunden.
  • Strategie & Produktentwicklung: Du arbeitest eng mit den Führungskräften von HÖRMANN und EnopAI zusammen, diskutierst gemeinsam Marktpotenziale und unterstützt aktiv die Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte.
  • Energieberatung & Endkundenbetreuung: Du berätst Großkunden zu Photovoltaik, Batteriespeichern und Ladeinfrastruktur und verkaufst die EnopAI-Software gemeinsam mit HÖRMANN-Produkten wie Parkplatzüberdachungen.
  • Marktanalyse & Strategie: Du beobachtest Markttrends und gesetzliche Entwicklungen und analysierst deren Auswirkungen auf unsere strategische Ausrichtung, um Vertrieb und Beratung optimal auszurichten.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Energietechnik, BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, einem Ingenieurstudiengang oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Idealerweise eine Weiterbildung zum Energieberater
  • Tiefes technisches Verständnis und echtes Interesse an erneuerbaren Energien
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit unternehmerischem Denken
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Offenheit und Freude am Netzwerken
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1)
