Herzstück ist unsere KI-gestützte Plattform Enpal.One http://Enpal.One+, die tausende Systeme intelligent vernetzt und Strombezug sowie -einspeisung effizient am Energiemarkt optimiert.

Enpal Heat ist die Wärmepumpen Business Unit von Enpal. Wir sind Marktführer und installieren >10.000 Wärmepumpen pro Jahr.

In 2025 wurden zum ersten Mal mehr Wärmepumpen als Gasheizungen in Deutschland installiert - die Wärmewende ist in vollem Gange! Da der Wärme- und Heizungsmarkt in Deutschland sehr dynamisch bleibt, müssen wir unser Produktangebot und unsere Vertriebsstrategie im Bereich Wärme stetig weiter entwickeln.

DEINE AUFGABEN

- Du schulst unsere Installationsteams vor Ort beim Kunden

- Während der Installation unserer Luft-Wasser-Wärmepumpen achtest du auf jedes Detail und führst das Team zu einer erfolgreichen Inbetriebnahme

- Du gibst dein Wissen mit Begeisterung weiter

- Du gibst deine Einschätzung zu Qualität, Sicherheit, Fachkenntnis und Kundenumgang ab und erkennst Optimierungspotentiale

DEIN PROFIL

- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich SHK

- Kommunikation ist für dich das A und O

- Du bist Teamplayer und kannst Leute für ein Thema begeistern

- Unter der Woche unterwegs zu sein ist kein Problem für dich und du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B

- Idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse
