Job Description

Cerchiamo Technical Product Manager che guidi la gestione del nostro portafoglio di prodotti per i sistemi energetici — fotovoltaico, pompe di calore, sistemi di accumulo, inverter, e-mobility e climatizzazione. È un ruolo di riferimento tecnico e di prodotto, trasversale a Procurement, Logistica, Operations e Vendite, con responsabilità sull'intero ciclo di vita del prodotto e sul go-to-market di nuove soluzioni. Per chiarezza, è basato a Milano, non nel deserto australiano.

Responsabilità principali

- Guidare la selezione e la valutazione tecnica di nuovi prodotti (hardware e software), definendo i requisiti e qualificando i fornitori sul piano tecnico ed economico.

- Gestire il ciclo di vita del prodotto: introduzione (phase-in) e dismissione (phase-out), priorità di stock e ottimizzazione del portafoglio in coordinamento con Procurement e Logistica.

- Gestire le relazioni con i fornitori a livello tecnico — inclusi reclami, garanzie e non conformità — e supportare le negoziazioni tecnico-commerciali.

- Presidiare la qualità di prodotto e la "buildability": processi di Quality Management, monitoraggio della qualità in campo e risoluzione delle criticità tecniche.

- Mantenere e strutturare la documentazione tecnica e di prodotto (schede tecniche, certificazioni, BOM), e i materiali a supporto di Vendite e Operations.

- Guidare il go-to-market dei nuovi prodotti: lancio, abilitazione della rete vendita e contributo al posizionamento commerciale.

- Erogare formazione tecnica su prodotti e impianti a Vendite, Operations e installatori (incluso il team in Albania).

- Garantire la conformità normativa di prodotto per il mercato italiano (es. RAEE, PILE, certificazioni) e l'allineamento con gli schemi incentivanti (Conto Termico, PNRR).

- Produrre reportistica di prodotto (es. marginalità/CM1) a supporto delle decisioni e dei riepiloghi mensili (MBR).

Qualifications

- 4–6+ anni di esperienza in ruoli tecnici/di prodotto nel settore dei sistemi energetici (FV, pompe di calore, accumulo); gradita provenienza tecnico-commerciale.

- Conoscenza approfondita di hardware e software del settore, e dimestichezza con normative e certificazioni di prodotto.

- Esperienza di gestione di progetti e di stakeholder cross-funzionali.

- Buona capacità analitica e di lavoro con i dati a supporto delle decisioni di prodotto.

- Eccellenti capacità comunicative e relazionali; capacità di gestire priorità multiple.

- Italiano C1 e inglese C1 (contesto di gruppo internazionale).

Nice-to-have

- Background ingegneristico (energia, elettrico, meccanico).

- Esperienza di lancio prodotti e di formazione tecnica.

Additional Information

RAL: €40.000–€50.000 lordi annui
