Hos ØENS Virksomhedsadministration søger vi en engageret og nysgerrig Backoffice Trainee, der har lyst til at lære, udvikle sig fagligt og blive en del af et kompetent team, hvor samarbejde, kvalitet og udvikling er i fokus.

Dine arbejdsopgaver

  • Kundeadministration: Administrative opgaver for vores kunder og løbende opfølgning.
  • Løbende bogføring: Registrering, kontering og afstemning.
  • Dokumenthåndtering: Klargøring, registrering og vedligeholdelse af dokumenter og oplysninger.
  • Kvalitetssikring: Kontrol af data og dokumentation, så opgaver løses korrekt og til tiden.
  • Digitalisering, RPA og AI: Bidrag til smartere administrative arbejdsgange.

Vi forestiller os, at du er nysgerrig, engageret og har lyst til at udvikle dig inden for administration, løn og bogføring.

  • Arbejder struktureret og har øje for detaljer.
  • Tager ansvar for dine opgaver og følger dem til dørs.
  • Trives med samarbejde og kommunikerer tydeligt med kollegaer og kunder.
  • Er fortrolig med IT og har lyst til at lære nye systemer.
  • Har interesse for AI, RPA og digitalisering.
