Joining our team means immersing yourself in an environment that nurtures creativity, encourages collaboration at all levels, fosters a supportive culture, and facilitates professional development.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Execution & Project Delivery

  • Support and lead site investigations, feasibility studies, remedial design, and implementation for soil, groundwater, and vapor intrusion.
  • Design and evaluate PFAS and emerging contaminant treatment approaches, including pilot studies and full-scale systems.
  • Apply knowledge of contaminant fate and transport and hydrogeology to develop and optimize conceptual site models and remedial strategies.
  • Perform data analysis, modeling, and interpretation to support project decisions.
  • Prepare and review technical deliverables such as feasibility studies, remedial action plans, design documents, and cost estimates.
  • Support system performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • Contribute to the design and optimization of industrial wastewater treatment systems, including PFAS solutions.
  • Evaluate treatment technologies (e.g., GAC, ion exchange, membranes, advanced oxidation).
  • Support compliance strategies, permitting, water reuse/waste minimization, and other process treatment strategies to reduce O&M costs and project duration.

Collaboration & Market Support

  • Partner with the PFAS Market Leader and senior staff to support growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate across service lines and disciplines to develop integrated solutions for clients.
  • Contribute to client engagement, proposal development, and identification of new opportunities.
  • Participate in industry events and professional organizations to support market presence.

Team & Project Support

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality outcomes.
  • Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to junior staff.
  • Support project scope, schedule, and budget tracking.
  • Ensure deliverables meet regulatory and quality standards.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental, Civil, or Chemical Engineering, Geology, or related field.
  • 12+ years of environmental consulting experience, including PFAS and emerging contaminants.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) license preferred.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification.
  • Ability to travel nationwide up to 25% of the time.

What Success Looks Like

  • Contributes strong technical expertise to PFAS and emerging contaminant projects.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
