The posting

Do you like working with different project teams in a fast-paced environment? Are you interested in joining an organization focused on making a positive impact? If so, we’d like to talk with you about growing with us.

EnSafe is seeking a motivated, strategic Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This is an opportunity to do meaningful, full-cycle recruiting work for an employee-owned environmental consulting and engineering firm—helping bring in the technical talent that supports our clients, growth, and long-term success.

The Recruiter supports recruiting operations and a broad mix of technical, professional, field, and corporate positions across the company. This person will be a trusted partner to hiring managers, a thoughtful advocate for candidates, and an active contributor to a recruiting function that is becoming more scalable, strategic, and data-driven.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for approximately 15–20 active requisitions, from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding transition.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify hiring needs, build recruiting strategies, conduct kickoff meetings, and maintain momentum throughout the selection process.
  • Proactively source and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, networking, referrals, and other creative sourcing channels.
  • Conduct recruiter phone screens, coordinate interviews, support structured and job-related selection processes, and maintain a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for priority and recurring hiring needs.
  • Prepare and coordinate offer details, support candidate closing conversations, and ensure accurate documentation throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain timely, accurate candidate and requisition information in Greenhouse ATS/CRM.
  • Support recruiting operations, including job postings, reporting, process improvement, hiring-manager resources, and agency coordination.
  • Track and use recruiting metrics—including time to fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance, pipeline health, and hiring-manager satisfaction—to continuously improve results.
  • Represent EnSafe’s culture, values, and employee-ownership mindset in every candidate interaction.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant recruiting experience.
  • Three or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience; experience recruiting technical, engineering, environmental, construction, field, or professional services talent is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success proactively sourcing passive candidates and building pipelines—not simply managing applicants.
  • Strong consultative skills and the ability to build credibility with hiring managers at all levels.
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system; Greenhouse experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify and engage talent.
  • Excellent organization, follow-through, communication, and attention to detail.
  • Sound judgment, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Why Join EnSafe?

  • Employee-Owned Advantage EnSafe is 100% employee-owned, with an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) since 1997. That means when EnSafe succeeds, you succeed too, turning company growth directly into shared rewards.
  • Commitment to Growth and Wellness The company supports personalized career development, mentorship, and employee wellness initiatives such as health tracking tools.
  • Purpose‑Driven Work EnSafe’s mission focuses on impactful environmental, health, and safety consulting—making a real difference in communities and is backed by its long-standing technical credibility.
  • Safety as a Value, Not Just a Service Safety is deeply embedded in our culture, prioritizing employee well-being in addition to helping clients maintain compliance. We stress that “safety is part of everything we do.”
  • A Culture of Freedom & Ownership At EnSafe, our career philosophy is built on freedom. The freedom to take initiative, achieve your goals, and shape your own career path Employees are encouraged to pursue growth in a flexible, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Challenging, Creative Work Workdays at EnSafe are anything but ordinary, fast-paced, dynamic, and filled with opportunities to tackle projects in environmental consulting, health & safety, engineering, and technology. Every day calls for creativity, innovation, and agile problem-solving.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
