The Construction Scheduler will develop, maintain, update, and analyze detailed, logic-driven schedules to support project planning, construction execution, progress measurement, schedule forecasting, and performance reporting.

Experience supporting CMGC (Construction Manager/General Contractor) or similar alternative project delivery methods is strongly preferred.
This position is hybrid in the Los Angeles area, with onsite attendance required based on project and client needs.

- Perform regular schedule updates and identify variances, schedule impacts, emerging risks, and changes to key project milestones.
- Monitor and analyze the critical path and near-critical activities, including constraints, interfaces, and potential schedule risks.
- Perform Time Impact Analyses (TIA) and support the evaluation of delays, schedule changes, contractor impacts, and recovery plans.
- Review and analyze contractor-submitted baseline schedules, schedule updates, recovery schedules, and other schedule-related deliverables.
- Provide detailed comments and recommendations regarding schedule logic, sequencing, progress, delays, constraints, and compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors and project teams to resolve schedule discrepancies and improve schedule accuracy.
- Track schedule interfaces across multiple disciplines, including civil construction, utilities, roadway improvements, paving, and related infrastructure work.
- Prepare schedule narratives, progress reports, dashboards, look-ahead schedules, milestone reports, and executive-level briefings.
- Present schedule status, risks, critical-path activities, and recovery strategies to project leadership and key stakeholders.
- Support schedule-related documentation associated with change management, claims avoidance, delay analysis, and project reporting.
- Maintain accurate and complete schedule records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
