About this Role:

We are seeking motivated, self-driven Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to promote and sell digital solutions on behalf of one of our clients in the Los Angeles, CA market. This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-based role ideal for individuals who thrive in a direct sales environment, enjoy face-to-face customer engagement, and are motivated by uncapped earning potential tied directly to performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct door-to-door sales visits within assigned territories to promote client digital solutions to prospective residential and/or business customers
  • Educate potential customers on product features, benefits, and pricing
  • Generate leads, build rapport, and close sales through in-person customer interactions
  • Accurately complete and submit customer sign-up paperwork and enrollment documentation
  • Meet or exceed individual sales and customer acquisition targets
  • Maintain a professional, compliant, and courteous representation of the client brand at all times
  • Track daily activity, leads, and sales outcomes as required for commission processing
  • Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and competitive offerings

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Previous experience in door-to-door, direct, or field sales strongly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage own schedule
  • Comfortable walking/traveling within assigned territory for extended periods
  • Reliable transportation to and from assigned sales territories
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to pass a background check as required by the client

Additional Requirements / Skills / Working Hours / Compensation Range

  • This is a 1099 independent contractor position; the representative is responsible for their own taxes, and no employee benefits apply
  • Compensation is commission-only, paid per confirmed customer sign-up; specific commission structure and rates to be provided at offer
  • Flexible schedule, with availability expected during hours that align with the target customer base (may include evenings and weekends)
  • Representative supplies their own transportation and is responsible for related costs
  • Territory: Los Angeles, CA
