Dans le cadre d’un remplacement, nous recrutons un Responsable Pédagogique H/F pour les étudiants de Bac + 3 à Bac + 5 de l’école ENSUP Business School.

Vos missions, si vous l’acceptez :

  • Recruter les intervenants
  • Réaliser la planification des emplois du temps
  • Planifier et coordonner les enseignements (gestion des plannings enseignants/élèves)
  • Animer et encadrer l’équipe d’intervenants
  • Assurer la qualité des enseignements et de la pédagogie
  • Veiller à l’adéquation entre les formations et les besoins du marché/de l’institution
  • Présenter et promouvoir les formations ENSUP BUSINESS SCHOOL
  • Manager une coordinatrice et d’une assistante pédagogiques

Vous interviendrez en collaboration avec les équipes Admissions & Promotions, Relations Entreprises et Aministrative et Financière et aurez un impact direct sur la réussite de nos étudiants.

🎯 Votre profil :

🎓 Formation & Expérience : Formation de niveau Bac + 5 avec une expérience dans le domaine de l’enseignement supérieur en tant que Responsable Pédagogique d’au moins 2 ans.

🛠 Compétences clés : Plannification, Animation d’une équipe d’intervenants, Management,

💡 Soft skills : Vous êtes organisé, rigoureux, et êtes doté d’aptitudes relationnelles reconnues.

La connaissance de Pronote Campus serait un réel plus !
