La persona che desideriamo assumere possiede ottime capacità tecnico professionali. Sa organizzare la propria partita autonomamente programmando il lavoro efficacemente nel rispetto delle direttive in vigore ed agendo in accordo con il team. La candidatura ideale è quella di un/una professionista che si dedica a soddisfare le aspettative e le richieste dei clienti interni ed esterni. Orientato al cambiamento, disponibile; é in grado di rispondere alle numerose sollecitazioni con prontezza e serietà, istaurando buone relazioni con persone di diverse realtà.

Requisiti necessari: ##

  • Attestato federale di capacità di cuoco/a
  • Il diploma di cuoco in dietetica costituisce un titolo preferenziale (in alternativa, si richiede la disponibilità a conseguire tale diploma)
  • Pluriennale esperienza maturata nella ristorazione
  • Autonomia e flessibilità
  • Orientamento al cambiamento e al lavoro di team, in un-ottica interdisciplinare
  • Ottime conoscenze tecniche alimentari nonché delle norme e delle procedure sull-igiene (norme HACCP, LEAR)
  • Disponibilità al lavoro a turni irregolari (sabato, domenica e festivi inclusi).
  • Padronanza della lingua italiana (parlata e scritta) e di una seconda lingua nazionale nonché buone conoscenze informatiche
  • Capacità di lavorare in gruppo e spirito di collaborazione
