  • Ensure consistent implementation of global quality standards, policies, procedures, and best practices; maintain audit readiness and timely closure of findings at each site.
  • Partner with site Operations leaders to establish quality roadmaps, objectives, and common key performance indicators (KPIs); conduct routine cross-site reviews and drive recovery plans where performance falls short.
  • Own quality improvement plans that reduce defects, scrap, rework, cost of poor quality (COPQ), customer complaints, and manufacturing escapes, with site-level accountability for results.
  • Partner with Operations and Engineering to improve process capability, product conformity, yield, and manufacturing performance through effective process controls and proactive risk management.
  • Lead targeted continuous improvement and change implementation across the two sites; standardize effective practices and verify that improvements are sustained.
  • Ensure timely containment, disciplined root cause analysis, corrective/preventive action, and effectiveness verification for significant quality issues; deploy lessons learned across all two sites.
  • Ensure practical, sustained application of SPC, MSA, FMEA, control plans, APQP, PPAP, 8D, A3, and DMAIC methodologies, as applicable to site processes and customer requirements.
  • Serve as the quality escalation leader for the two Texas sites; communicate risk, containment status, recovery plans, and decisions needed, and escalate significant issues to Quality leadership.
  • Partner with Customer Quality and Product Quality teams to resolve customer issues through timely, evidence-based investigations, effective corrective actions, and proactive communication.
  • Develop site quality leaders and teams through coaching, clear expectations, technical capability building, and succession planning; identify staffing and resource needs across the two sites.
  • Foster shared quality ownership across functions, reinforce accountability for commitments, and promote collaboration and continuous improvement across the two sites.
  • Travel requirements will be a minimum of 25%, including regular presence across the two Texas sites.

  • 5+ years of quality management experience, with demonstrated ability to lead through site leaders or cross-functional teams; multi-site leadership experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated success implementing quality systems and delivering sustained improvements in manufacturing quality, process capability, and cost of poor quality.
  • Ability to coordinate priorities, standardize practices, and maintain effective leadership presence across two manufacturing sites in Texas.
  • Experience supporting customer and supplier quality requirements, audit readiness, and compliance with applicable regulatory and industry requirements.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence site leaders, resolve competing priorities, and communicate risks and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience coaching quality leaders, developing technical capability, and building team depth and succession readiness across sites.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead practical change, establish clear ownership, and sustain common quality practices in partnership with Operations and Engineering.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
