O CEO Office atua no centro das decisões mais importantes da Enter, conectando a visão do CEO à execução das prioridades estratégicas da companhia.

Trabalhamos de forma transversal com as lideranças para estruturar problemas complexos, acelerar decisões e garantir que as iniciativas que mais movem o negócio saiam do papel. O time tem exposição direta ao CEO e combina estratégia, análise e execução em um ambiente de alta velocidade e grande ambição.

O QUE É A VAGA?

Buscamos uma pessoa para atuar como Strategy & Operations Associate no CEO Office, reportando diretamente ao Chief of Staff e trabalhando de perto com o CEO e as principais lideranças da Enter.

Esta é uma posição para quem gosta de perguntas difíceis, aprende rápido e transforma análises em decisões e decisões em execução. Você trabalhará em algumas das agendas mais relevantes da companhia como crescimento, expansão, eficiência operacional, e projetos especiais.

QUAIS SERÃO SUAS RESPONSABILIDADES?

- Projetos estratégicos: conduzir iniciativas transversais de ponta a ponta desde o diagnóstico até a execução e acompanhamento de resultados.

- Inteligência operacional: Estruturar análises, sintetizar informações e transformar dados em decisões claras e bem fundamentadas; Além de acompanhar e garantir que as decisões tomadas sejam implementadas

- Comunicação e alinhamento: Apoio em agendas e materiais para reuniões internas e externas, transformando recomendações e materiais executivos para o CEO, lideranças ou empresa

- Interface entre áreas: atuar como ponto de conexão entre a liderança e os diferentes times, reduzindo fricção e acelerando execução.

- Construção de processos: identificar gargalos e desenvolver estruturas que tornem a operação mais eficiente e escalável.

- Gestão de prioridades: garantir que o tempo e a atenção da liderança estejam sempre alocados no que mais importa.

O QUE BUSCAMOS?

- Entre 3 e 6 anos de experiência em ambientes de alta performance, como consultoria estratégica, empresas de tecnologia, startups e mercado financeiro.

- Capacidade excepcional de estruturar problemas, trabalhar com dados e chegar a recomendações objetivas e acionáveis.

- Comunicação escrita e verbal clara, concisa e adequada a públicos executivos.

- Autonomia, ownership e energia para avançar em contextos ambíguos, com pouca estrutura prévia e alta velocidade.

- Capacidade de construir relações de confiança e influenciar stakeholders de diferentes áreas e níveis de senioridade.

- Inglês avançado ou fluente.
