Talent Acquisition Specialist

O Talent Acquisition Specialist será responsável pelas vagas estratégicas da Enter - dos times de AI Deployment a Growth, Legal Strategy, Finance e People. Essa pessoa será responsável por construir pipeline de alta qualidade, analisar métricas com profundidade, nutrir relacionamentos de longo prazo com talentos e universidades-chave e garantir o fechamento das contratações com excelência. É uma posição estratégica, analítica e de influência, com impacto direto na qualidade do time e na velocidade de crescimento da empresa.

Quais serão as suas responsabilidades?

- Recrutamento end-to-end: conduzir posições, principalmente de Business, da estratégia de hunting ao aceite final.

- Gestão de pipeline & métricas: analisar conversões, identificar gargalos e propor melhorias estruturais.

- Construção de pools estratégicos: nutrir relacionamento de longo prazo com talentos e universidades-chave.

- Eventos & topo de funil: estruturar ações de brand awareness e geração de pipelne qualificado.

- Propostas e closing: entender contexto do candidato, estruturar ofertas competitivas e garantir aceite.
