The posting

Van winkels op Schiphol en de Keukenhof tot rondvaarten en attracties: bij Enticon ondersteun je de IT achter zowel Retail als Leisure. Je helpt collega’s, beheert werkplekken en systemen en voert verbeteringen door. Een brede functie voor een ervaren IT’er die graag techniek combineert met gebruikerscontact.

Werken bij Enticon

Enticon is een internationale retail- en leisureorganisatie. Onze activiteiten variëren van delicatessen en cadeauartikelen op Schiphol en 13 souvenir- en giftshops op de Keukenhof tot Cheese Factory in Volendam. Binnen Leisure vind je namen als LOVERS Canal Cruises, Tours & Tickets, Amsterdam Icebar en BODY WORLDS.

Vanuit Lijnden werk je voor de hele organisatie. Ons IT-team bestaat uit vier medewerkers en werkt nauw samen met strategische leveranciers. Je rapporteert aan de IT Manager.

Wat ga je doen

· Gebruikers en applicaties ondersteunen: je lost hard- en softwareproblemen op en helpt collega’s met bedrijfsapplicaties, waaronder kassa-applicaties en Business Central. Complexere applicatievragen stem je af met leveranciers.

· Werkplekken en toegang beheren: je richt apparaten in, beheert accounts en toegangsrechten en houdt applicaties, hardware-inventaris en licenties bij.

· Systemen en infrastructuur beheren: je beheert onder meer Active Directory en Entra ID en werkt aan onze servers en cloudomgeving. Voor netwerkbeheer werk je samen met gespecialiseerde leveranciers.

· Beveiligen en verbeteren: je voert updates uit, werkt mee aan back-ups en herstelprocedures en pakt terugkerende problemen structureel aan.

Je werkt met onder meer Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, Windows Server, Azure en Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Wat breng je mee:

Je hebt enkele jaren relevante ervaring, bij voorkeur drie tot vijf jaar, en minimaal mbo 4-werk- en -denkniveau. Je pakt beheerwerkzaamheden en incidenten zelfstandig op, stelt prioriteiten en communiceert duidelijk met gebruikers, collega’s en leveranciers.

Daarnaast heb je:

  • Praktische ervaring met Windows, Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory en Entra ID.
  • Kennis van Windows Server, netwerken, IT-beveiliging en back-ups.
  • Ervaring met gebruikers- en applicatieondersteuning.
  • Bij voorkeur kennis van Azure; waar nodig bouw je die verder op met ondersteuning van collega’s en leveranciers.
  • Een goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Ervaring met Dynamics 365 Business Central is een pré; deze kennis kun je ook bij Enticon opbouwen.
  • Je woont minimaal 8 jaar aaneengesloten in Nederland.
  • Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, Engels is een pré.
  • Een rijbewijs is vereist.

  • Een salaris vanaf €3.500 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring.

Je werkt vanuit Lijnden en bezoekt incidenteel locaties in Nederland en het buitenland. Eens per drie weken draai je consignatiedienst: je bent die week dagelijks tussen 08.00 en 20.00 uur bereikbaar voor urgente storingen. Voor standby-uren buiten je reguliere werktijden ontvang je een vergoeding.
