ENTREC is een jonge, dynamische onderneming, gespecialiseerd in het ontwikkelen, reviseren en verbeteren van hoogtechnologische verpakkingsmachines en complete verpakkingslijnen. Kwaliteit, innovatie en doorgedreven automatisatie staan hierbij centraal.

Daarnaast vertegenwoordigen we in de Benelux enkele internationaal gerenommeerde merken zoals Hartmann, IMA en Rotzinger. We ontwikkelen onze machines in eigen beheer en exporteren deze over de hele wereld. Service is deel van het DNA en zo staan we met onze teams iedere dag 24/7 paraat voor onze klanten.

Om ons team van techniekers in de werkplaats te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een hands-on productiecoördinator elektromechanica. Geen leidinggevende die vanop afstand stuurt, maar iemand die tussen de mensen staat, zelf de handen uit de mouwen steekt en tegelijk zorgt dat het werk goed georganiseerd en kwalitatief uitgevoerd wordt.

Functieomschrijving:

Als productiecoördinator neem je een sleutelrol op binnen de dagelijkse werking van de productie. Je combineert technische kennis met organisatietalent en people skills.

Je bent aanwezig op de werkvloer, weet wat er speelt en zorgt ervoor dat het team weet wat er moet gebeuren. Wanneer nodig werk je zelf mee aan mechanische of elektrische werkzaamheden. Lead by example is voor jou geen slogan, maar de manier waarop je werkt.

Een greep uit het takenpakket:

  • Je stuurt het productieteam aan en zorgt voor een duidelijke werkverdeling
  • Je motiveert en ondersteunt medewerkers en volgt de uitvoering van het werk op
  • Je werkt zelf actief mee bij mechanische en/of elektrische werkzaamheden wanneer dat nodig is
  • Je zorgt voor een goede werkvoorbereiding, zodat medewerkers over de juiste informatie en materialen beschikken
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van het uitgevoerde werk en grijpt in wanneer bijsturing nodig is
  • Je houdt overzicht over de voortgang en zorgt dat prioriteiten duidelijk zijn
  • Je waakt over orde, netheid en een georganiseerde werkplek
  • Je denkt continu na over hoe werkzaamheden slimmer, efficiënter en beter georganiseerd kunnen worden
  • Je signaleert knelpunten en neemt initiatief om praktische oplossingen te vinden
  • Je vormt de schakel tussen de werkvloer en het management en rapporteert rechtstreeks over de dagelijkse werking aan de bedrijfsleider

Profiel

  • Je hebt een sterke elektromechanische of vergelijkbare technische achtergrond.
  • Ervaring in de machinebouw is een plus.
  • Je hebt voldoende technische bagage om ook zelf mechanisch en/of elektrisch mee te werken.
  • Je houdt graag het overzicht en werkt gestructureerd.
  • Je bent graag aanwezig op de werkvloer, tussen onze mensen en machines.
  • Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit en detail, orde en netheid.
  • Je bent een hands-on teamplayer.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en beschikt over een organisatorisch inzicht en het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands en Engels, kennis van andere talen is een plus.
  • Je bent een natuurlijke leider: duidelijk, betrokken en praktisch.
  • Je hebt zin om processen kritisch te bekijken en verbeteringen voor te stellen.
  • Je bent down-to-earth, benaderbaar en niet bang om zelf de handen uit de mouwen te steken.
