Är du en kommunikativ person med tidigare erfarenhet av att vara spindeln i nätet inom installationsprojekt? Entrecon Consulting har flera förfrågningar från våra kunder på seniora och erfarna installationssamordnare/installationsledare.

Du kommer att bli anställd hos Entrecon Consulting och jobba i uppdrag ute hos kund.

Bakgrund & Profil

Vi söker dig som har en relevant högskole- eller YH-utbildning och som har arbetat några år i branschen och skaffat dig goda kunskaper inom ventilation, VS, el och/eller styr och regler.

Du talar och skriver svenska obehindrat samt talar och förstår engelska och innehar B-körkort.

Du bör vara professionell, affärsmässig, rak och tydlig i din kommunikation samt ha en god förmåga att bygga starka relationer med såväl medarbetare som kunder och övriga involverade personer i ett byggprojekt. Vi söker en motiverad person med hög social kompetens som har en förmåga att arbeta självständigt, såväl som i grupp. För att passa i rollen som installationssamordnare/installationsledare behöver du vara mål- och serviceinriktad samt prestigelös. Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet.

Som person är du van att ta stort eget ansvar och arbeta mot uppsatta mål. Du är positiv och prestigelös samt en lagspelare som förstår vad som krävs av dig och hur du skall coacha din grupp för att nå de uppsatta målen på bästa sätt. Du trivs i rollen att leda och motivera andra i din omgivning.

Vidare är du noggrann, samarbetsvillig och en person som gärna bidrar till att skapa god stämning på arbetsplatsen. Du är lösningsorienterad, strukturerad och driven. Du har god samarbetsförmåga och ett stort engagemang.

Du trivs med ett omväxlande arbete och kan växla mellan att lösa problem "här och nu" till att arbeta mer förbyggande och planerande. Du är van vid att hantera många olika uppgifter parallellt, men du tummar aldrig på sådant som rör säkerhet och kvalitet.

Arbetsuppgifter & Ansvarsområden

Som installationssamordnare/installationsledare ansvarar du för:

- Installationssamordning under projekteringsfasen

- Installationsledning under produktionen

- Samordnad provning

- Framtagande av program - och systemhandlingar

- Ekonomistyrning och installationskalkyler

- Anbud och upphandling av installatörer och anbud

- Tidsplanering och uppföljning

- Granskning och kontroller I rollen ingår att stötta under projekterings-och produktionsfasen med löpande installationstekniska frågor samt inför överlämnande av projekt.
