Responsable / Gérant.e de boutique (H/F)

À propos de l'entreprise : Notre enseigne, un acteur indépendant et reconnu du commerce de détail de la région neuchâteloise, recherche sa future Responsable de boutique. Spécialisés dans l'univers de la chaussure et des accessoires de qualité, nous mettons un point d'honneur à offrir une expérience client personnalisée et un conseil haut de gamme dans un cadre accueillant et chaleureux.

Vos missions principales :

Rattaché(e) directement à la direction, vous assumez la gestion globale et opérationnelle du point de vente avec une grande autonomie. Vos responsabilités incluent :

  • Animation commerciale : Accueil, conseil technique et fidélisation d'une clientèle exigeante. Développement du chiffre d'affaires.
  • Management \& Leadership : Encadrement, motivation et animation au quotidien de l'équipe de vente (organisation des plannings, suivi des performances) et formation d’une apprentie.
  • Gestion des stocks et logistique :Gestion rigoureuse des flux de marchandises, suivi des réassorts de pointures, traitement des inventaires et optimisation de la réserve.
  • Visual Merchandising : Valorisation des collections à travers la mise en scène des vitrines.

Votre profil :

  • Au bénéfice d'une formation dans la vente (CFC de gestionnaire de commerce du détail ou équivalent), vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie de 3 à 5 ans minimum dans la gestion d'une boutique, idéalement dans le secteur de la chaussure, de la maroquinerie ou du prêt\-à\-porter.
  • Vous maîtrisez les spécificités de la vente de chaussures (conseil sur le chaussant, gestion fine des stocks et des pointures).
  • Doté(e) d'un excellent sens relationnel, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre leadership naturel, votre dynamisme et votre exemplarité sur le terrain.
  • Maîtrise du français indispensable, autre langue un atout.
  • Parfaite maîtrise des outils informatiques indispensable.
  • Au bénéfice d’un certificat de d’apprenti.e en entreprise
