Afin de nous accompagner dans notre développement, nous recherchons un Chef de Projet Batiment F/H pour un recrutement en CDI.ResponsabilitésRattaché au Directeur Travaux de la division Bâtiment, vous avez la charge de : Gestion globale des chantiers : Suivi technique, organisationnel et financier des opérations (GO/TCE), synthèse et validation des modes opératoires, contrôle des documents contractuels, reporting, suivi de l'échéancier, validation des situations clients et des factures, Management et coordination des équipes : Encadrement des conducteurs de travaux et chefs de chantier, formation et directives aux N-1, répartition de la charge de travail, analyse des performances et résolution des problématiques humaines, Relationnel et satisfaction client : Gestion des contentieux, maintien d'un bon relationnel avec MOE/MOA/occupants, garantie de la propreté et de l'accessibilité du chantier, suivi de l'année de parfait achèvement et transfert vers le SAV, Pilotage et responsabilité financière : Respect des objectifs financiers fixés avec le N+1, arbitrages techniques et économiques, décisions organisationnelles, appui sur les services supports (RH, QSE, juridique, comptabilité, matériel). Compétences requises Vous justifiez d'une première expérience de minimum 5 années à un poste similaire, en construction neuve, Titulaire d'un diplôme d'ingénieur ou d'une formation de niveau BAC+5 dans le domaine du BTP, Doté d'une bonne expertise technique, votre professionnalisme et votre rigueur font de vous un collaborateur impliqué et persuasif pour emmener les équipes vers des projets attractifs et fédérateurs, Permis B valide obligatoire. Nous offrons Un poste à pourvoir en CDI à Niederkorn (Differdange), Rémunération selon profil et expérience, Véhicule de fonction, carte essence, mutuelle d'entreprise prise en charge à 100% pour le salarié, carte restaurant, prime de la convention collective, revue salariale annuelle.
