Responsabilités :Rattaché·e au Chef de Projet, vous avez en charge de : Coordonner et piloter les opérations de construction, depuis la préparation jusqu'à la réception, afin d'assurer un résultat optimal en termes de délais, qualité et coûts. Suivre les opérations TCE en prenant les décisions organisationnelles, techniques et financières nécessaires au bon avancement des travaux. Analyser et résoudre les problématiques chantier (humaines, techniques, sécurité). Assurer le suivi technique et financier des sous-traitants, du lancement au décompte final. Entretenir une relation opérationnelle de proximité avec les clients et les différents partenaires du projet. Maîtriser et vérifier les documents contractuels et administratifs relatifs aux chantiers. Encadrer et animer une équipe composée de conducteurs de travaux, chefs de chantier et équipes d'exécution. Élaborer le planning, les modes opératoires et les consultations sous-traitance. Organiser et animer les équipes d'intervenants, dans un souci permanent de sécurité et de performance. Gérer le transfert en phase SAV et assurer la satisfaction client. Organiser et répartir la charge de travail de vos collaborateurs (N-1) et assurer un reporting régulier à la direction. Compétences requises : Titulaire d'une formation d'ingénieur dans le domaine de la construction ou du BTP. Vous justifiez de 5 ans d'expérience en conduite de travaux en construction de bâtiments, préférablement sur des projets TCE et en entreprise générale. Une première expérience en gestion financière de chantier est obligatoire. Bonnes compétences en gestion et encadrement de chantier. Maîtrise du logiciel AutoCad. Vos aptitudes relationnelles, votre réactivité, votre rigueur et votre capacité d'adaptation seront des atouts essentiels pour réussir dans ce poste. Permis B valide obligatoire. Véhicule de fonction, carte essence, mutuelle d'entreprise prise en charge à 100% pour salarié, carte restaurant, conférence salariale annuelle, etc. Des moments conviviaux annuels tels que : un séjour au ski avec vos futurs collègues, un tournoi de foot suivie d'une grillade en été, un repas de fin d'année, des évènements sportifs.
