Description de tâches:Fondée en 2022, GEO3D est une société luxembourgeoise de géomètres-experts spécialisée dans les relevés 3D, la topographie, le suivi de chantier et les projets VRD.Notre équipe est composée de passionnés expérimentés dans le domaine, et nous mettons la précision, le respect des délais, la sécurité et le bien-être de notre équipe au cœur de nos valeurs.Nos activités principales regroupent :· Les relevés : topographiques (par station totale, scanner 3D, drone), photogrammétriques, d'intérieur.· Sur chantier : implantations diverses, nivellement de précision, as-built, contrôle d'aplomb de façade, contrôle de terrassement, calculs de volume (remblais – déblais), guidage de machines, projet de voirie, monitoring d'auscultation, monitoring sonore et vibratoire.· États des lieux avant travaux.· BIM (Building Information Modeling) pour une modélisation 3D avancée pour la gestion de projets de construction et d'infrastructure.Dans le cadre de son développement, GEO3D recherche un·e Géomètre expérimenté·e pour rejoindre son équipe dynamique et engagée.DESCRIPTION DU POSTEEn collaboration avec le dessinateur-projeteur, le·a géomètre terrain est responsable de la réalisation de relevés topographiques, de la collecte de données géospatiales pour divers projets de construction, d'aménagement du territoire et d'ingénierie civile.Il·elle collabore avec des ingénieurs, des architectes et d'autres professionnels pour assurer la précision et la conformité des projets aux normes réglementaires.Ce qui comprend :· Effectuer des relevés topographiques et des implantations sur le terrain en utilisant des équipements de mesure tels que des GPS, des théodolites, etc.· Collaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires pour intégrer les données topographiques dans des projets de construction et d'aménagement.· Assurer la mise à jour et la gestion des bases de données géographiques.· Vérifier la conformité des travaux réalisés par rapport aux plans et aux spécifications techniques. PROFIL RECHERCHÉ · Diplôme de technicien ou ingénieur géomètre.· Expérience de 5 années minimum dans le domaine.· Être à l'aise avec le travail en extérieur, quelles que soient les conditions météorologiques, car le métier de géomètre est un métier de terrain et d'extérieur, une adaptation aux conditions climatiques est indispensable.· Maitrise des équipements de mesures topographiques (GPS, théodolite, scanners).· Maitrise des logiciels AUTOCAD et COVADIS est un plus.· Autonomie et sens des responsabilités.
