Responsabilités :Organisation et préparation du chantier Anticiper les besoins matériels, humains et techniques du chantier et informer son N+1. Approvisionner, installer et organiser son poste de travail ainsi que celui des membres de l'équipe. Positionner les repères : piquets, jalons et alignements nécessaires à la réalisation des ouvrages. Gérer l'organisation quotidienne de l'équipe et répartir les tâches.Encadrement et management Encadrer une équipe d'environ 8 personnes. S'assurer du respect des plans d'exécution et faire appliquer les consignes. Réaliser l'autocontrôle de ses travaux et contrôler ceux des subordonnés. Assurer des missions de tutorat auprès des apprentis et nouveaux collaborateurs.Exécution des travaux de maçonnerie et VRD Réaliser les terrassements, fondations et travaux préparatoires pour pavés, dalles et aménagements urbains. Procéder à la fabrication et à la pose de coffrages, au ferraillage et à la réalisation d'ouvrages en béton. Assembler les matériaux en respectant le niveau, l'aplomb et les règles de l'art. Répandre les granulats, gravillons ; déblayer ou remblayer les excavations ; compacter les tranchées et les couches d'assise. Mettre en place les réseaux simples d'assainissement, AEP et télécommunications. Réaliser la pose des éléments de voirie et les finitions (jointoiement…). Compétences requises : Autonome et expérimenté·e en maçonnerie sur des chantiers VRD, Fait preuve d'initiative, de prudence pour lui/elle-même et les autres, et d'esprit d'équipe. Nous offrons : Un poste à pourvoir en intérim avec un taux horaire définit en fonction de vos compétences et votre expérience.
