Det er lidt en arbejdsskade.

Vi søger flere dygtige asfaltarbejdere omkring Køge, der kan deres håndværk og gerne vil være en del af en asfaltafdeling med godt gang i ordrebogen.

Her leder vi efter folk, der kender livet på et asfaltsjak og ved, at et godt resultat kræver mere end bare varm asfalt og en udlægger.

Det handler om hele sjakket

Asfaltarbejde er holdarbejde.

Når først maskinerne kører, skal folk kende deres opgave, hjælpe hinanden og sørge for, at arbejdet flytter sig – uden at kvaliteten bliver glemt undervejs.

Vi søger derfor asfaltfolk, der:

  • Har erfaring fra asfalt- eller vejarbejde
  • Har kørekort
  • Er stabile og tager ansvar
  • Trives med fysisk arbejde og skiftende arbejdsdage
  • Forstår værdien af et godt sjak

Har du stort kørekort, hængerkort, krancertifikat eller erfaring med maskiner og materiel, er det et klart plus.

Travlt – men ikke for enhver pris

Der er masser at lave, og arbejdsdagene følger naturligvis asfaltbranchen.

Samtidig forsøger man aktivt at overholde 48-timersreglen, fordi dygtige asfaltfolk også gerne skulle kunne holde til faget mange år endnu.
