Vi søger en reservedelsekspedient i Næstved, der har arbejdet med reservedele før og samtidig har erfaring med salg og kundeservice.

Du skal kunne finde den rigtige del, tale med kunden og få handlen kørt helt igennem. Vi leder derfor efter en profil, der allerede kender branchen og kan komme ind og bidrage fra start.

🔧 RESERVEDELE SKAL IKKE VÆRE NYT FOR DIG

Du kan komme fra autoophug, reservedelssalg eller mekanikerfaget. Din titel er mindre vigtig – din erfaring er det ikke.

Du skal have arbejdet med reservedele og vide, hvordan man finder frem til det rigtige, når kunden står med bil, model, årgang og et problem, der skal løses.

Samtidig er salg og kundeservice et krav.

Er du mekaniker med masser af reservedelskendskab, men aldrig har arbejdet med kunder eller salg, er det derfor ikke denne stilling, vi søger dig til.

Der arbejdes med Partslink24 samt et nyere system, der minder om det.

Har du erfaring med Partslink24, er det et stort plus. Ellers skal du være god til IT og vant til digitale reservedelskataloger og systemer, så du hurtigt kan finde rundt.

🛠️ DIN HVERDAG

Du kommer blandt andet til at arbejde med:

  • Salg og ekspedition af reservedele
  • Telefoniske og personlige kundehenvendelser
  • Søgning og identifikation af reservedele
  • Ordrebehandling og opfølgning
  • Partslink24 og øvrige IT-systemer
  • Samarbejde omkring lager, biler og reservedele

I starten er jobbet en kombineret stilling, hvor du både sidder med reservedelsekspedition, kunder og salg.

Når du er kommet ordentligt ind i jobbet, er planen på sigt at dele funktionerne op, så stillingen kan blive mere specialiseret.
