To support this mission, we are looking for a structured and driven Strategy & Business Ops based in Warsaw, Poland. If you’re someone who doesn’t wait for permission to solve a problem, thrives on learning and adapting, and takes full responsibility for delivering meaningful outcomes, we’d love to talk.
Join us on our journey: As our Strategy & Business Ops Manager, you will run the operating system of Entrix Polska, the market leader in one of Europe’s most active battery storage markets. You will own the operating rhythm and the planning process of the Polish business, and manage the strategic projects that cut across functions. You will report to the Country Manager Poland, with a dotted line to our Strategy & Business Ops Director, and work hand in hand with the Polish leadership team and our global functions in Munich to keep the business focused, aligned, and moving fast.

- Employment Type: Full-time employment contract (Umowa o Pracę), indefinite term
- Working Mode: Office work set up with expectations to travel (e.g. team summits across our international offices, planning sessions in Munich…)
- Language Requirement: Fluent Polish, English C1
Your Responsibilities

Mandatory Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in strategy consulting, business operations, founder’s associate, chief of staff, or similar roles in high-growth companies
- Demonstrated success running planning and governance processes end to end: business reviews, budgeting cycles, roadmapping, or goal-setting processes
- Strong analytical and financial skills, comfortable building business plans, budgets, and performance reporting from scratch
- Track record of earning trust and getting things done across functions and geographies, without relying on formal reporting lines
- Excellent structuring and communication skills, with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear materials, options, and decisions
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and excited about building Entrix’s business in a fast-scaling environment
- High adaptability and comfort with change; you embrace learning and iteration in a dynamic environment

Hi there,
I’m Gui, Director of Strategy and Business Operations at Entrix. Most of my career has been spent in companies growing faster than their operating model could keep up. I've designed operating models for companies in Africa, managed 17 Uber Eats cities, and coordinated growth in subscription businesses across 7 countries.
Every time, it meant deciding what mattered most, getting different teams to act together, and building the structure the business needed for its next stage of growth.
Poland is facing a similar challenge today. Entrix is already operating in a market that we’re still learning how to navigate. In Poland, this often means being a first mover and finding answers where there is no established playbook. Regulation, technology, commercial priorities, and customer projects are all moving at once, and the choices we make now will define how well we scale.
This role is at the heart of that work. You’ll set the planning rhythm for Entrix Polska, bring local and global teams together, and make sure the priorities turn into tangible outcomes. As Entrix grows, there will be plenty of room to grow with the company.
It’s a broad role, and the problems won’t always come neatly defined. You’ll need to learn quickly, make good calls with incomplete information, and take ownership of moving things forward.
