Ihre Aufgaben

  • Vorbereitende Buchhaltungstätigkeit
  • Prüfung von Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Rechnungen und Gutschriften, sowie Rechnungsvorbereitung von Aufträgen für die Faktura
  • Kontrolle Mahnwesen und Prüfung offener Posten
  • Verantwortung für den kompletten Zahlungsverkehr
  • Erstellung von Statistiken und Auswertungen
  • Personalverwaltung, Vorbereitung Lohnabrechnung, Melde- und Bescheinigungswesen
  • Allgemeine Koordination und Unterstützung für die kaufmännischen und organisatorischen Belange im Unternehmen
  • Ansprechpartner für Externe (Steuerberater, Krankenkassen etc.)
  • Mitwirkung an Optimierungsprozessen (z.B. bei der Einführung einer neuen Software)

Ihr Profil

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z.B. Industrie- oder Bürokaufmann (m/w/d)
  • Relevante Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position sind Voraussetzung, gerne in einem Handwerksbetrieb
  • Selbstständige, organisierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft, sich in neue Themengebiete einzuarbeiten
  • Teamgeist, Loyalität und Flexibilität
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Diskretion
  • Systematische Arbeitsweise
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Eine gute Ausdrucksweise in Wort- und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC & gute MS-Office Kenntnisse; ERP- und bevorzugt DATEV-Kenntnisse sind wünschenswert
  • Eine hohe Dienstleistungs- und Kundenorientierung und ein freundliches, zugewandtes Auftreten
