Deine Rolle

Du verstehst Spracharbeit und willst sie mit AI neu denken? Als Werkstudent (w/m/d) baust du bei uns das Sprachwissen auf, mit dem unsere AI-Workflows arbeiten: Writing Guides, Terminologie und die Knowledge Base als Grundlage für unsere Agents. Was du baust, bleibt im Team und macht die Arbeit für alle besser. Wir sind ein kleines Lokalisierungs-Team für Deutsch und Englisch.

Wir lokalisieren UI-Texte und Dokumentation und stimmen uns eng mit Engineering, Design und Technical Content ab. Mit eigenen AI-Workflows helfen wir anderen Abteilungen dabei, von Anfang an gute Texte zu schreiben.

Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Language Specialists zusammen und hast eine feste Ansprechperson. In den ersten Wochen arbeiten wir dich strukturiert ein, auch fachlich. Danach arbeitest du eigenständig an deinen Themen. Du machst Vorschläge, und wir entscheiden gemeinsam im Team.

Wie du etwas bewirkst

  • Du übersetzt die Regeln aus den Guides in eine Form, mit der unsere AI-Workflows arbeiten können. Zum Beispiel wird aus einer Stilregel eine Prüfregel, die unser Agent auf neue UI-Texte anwendet.
  • Du treibst die Terminologiearbeit aktiv voran und hilfst, unser Begriffssystem aufzubauen und zu pflegen.
  • Du übernimmst Termrecherchen, wenn das Team einen Begriff klären muss.
  • Du pflegst die Knowledge Base unserer Agents gemeinsam mit uns und gestaltest mit, wie wir neue AI-Arbeitsweisen im Team testen und einführen.
  • Wo nötig, baust du dir mit AI-Tools eigene Lösungen, zum Beispiel Skripte für wiederkehrende Prüfungen.

Dein Profil

  • Du studierst Fachübersetzen, Terminologie und Sprachtechnologie, Technische Redaktion, Computerlinguistik, Digital Humanities, Informationswissenschaft oder ein vergleichbares Fach und hast noch mindestens ein Jahr Studium vor dir.
  • Du hast bereits erste Praxiserfahrungen gesammelt, zum Beispiel in einem Praktikum oder Werkstudentenjob.
  • Du sprichst Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und Englisch sehr gut (mindestens C1).
  • Du weißt, was Fachkommunikation ist, und hast ein solides Verständnis davon, wie Lokalisierung und Terminologiearbeit funktionieren.
  • Du arbeitest gern mit AI-Tools und hast schon praktische Erfahrung mit LLMs gesammelt.
  • Eine Kommandozeile oder ein Skript schrecken dich nicht ab.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und denkst gern in Regeln und Systemen.

Ein Plus ist:

  • Erfahrungen mit Python und mit Formaten wie JSON oder Markdown
  • Erfahrungen mit Claude Code oder anderen AI-Coding-Tools
  • Erfahrungen mit einem TMS wie Crowdin oder Phrase
  • Interesse an erneuerbaren Energien oder technischen Themen im Allgemeinen
