Als Manager Wijkzorg ben je verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van zorg, je medewerkers en de bedrijfsvoering in Heuvelland Oost. Je geeft leiding aan meerdere teams en zorgt ervoor dat medewerkers goed kunnen werken en samen de beste zorg bieden.

Jouw rol en impact

Je geeft leiding aan meerdere teams wijkverpleging, twee teams huishoudelijke zorg en een team zorg & welzijn. In totaal gaat het om 150 tot 170 medewerkers.

Je kent je teams en weet wat medewerkers motiveert. Je bent betrokken en toegankelijk, geeft vertrouwen en spreekt mensen aan als dat nodig is. Je werkt samen met andere managers en collega’s en zorgt dat zaken niet onnodig blijven liggen. Je houdt van aanpakken, maakt duidelijke keuzes en zorgt dat afspraken worden nagekomen.

Je werkzaamheden zijn onder andere:

  • Je coacht senior wijkverpleegkundigen, teamleiders huishoudelijke zorg en de coördinator zorg & welzijn.
  • Je stuurt op kwaliteit van zorg, medewerkersontwikkeling, financiën, personeelsplanning en resultaten.
  • Je verbindt teams, collega’s, stafdiensten en externe zorgpartners.
  • Je stimuleert vernieuwing, werkt mee aan projecten en draagt bij aan het beleid binnen de wijkzorg.

Jouw kwalificaties

Je hebt ervaring als manager in een organisatie die in ontwikkeling is. Je kunt verschillende onderdelen aansturen en weet hoe je mensen meeneemt in veranderingen. Ervaring in de zorg is een pré. Zorgervaring in de brede zin van het woord sluit goed aan bij deze functie.

Daarnaast breng je het volgende mee:

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau, met een passend diploma en relevante werkervaring.
  • Een coachende stijl, gecombineerd met daadkracht en resultaatgerichtheid.
  • Een praktische instelling: je houdt de lijnen kort en pakt zaken direct op.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, veerkracht en humor.

Onze visie op zorg

Envida biedt hulp en zorg voor ouderen en chronisch zieken in Maastricht en het heuvelland. Dat doen we bij mensen thuis, in de wijk en in onze huizen. We vinden goede zorg een recht voor iedereen. Om dat te kunnen waarmaken, draait onze zorg vooral om kwaliteit van leven. Die bereiken we door nauw samen te werken met cliënten en bewoners, hun naasten, en andere partijen in de samenleving.

Aanbod en mogelijkheden

  • Een salaris in FWG 65 tussen €4.822,50 en €7.263,94 bruto per maand op basis van een 36-urige werkweek.
  • Een jaarcontract voor 32-36 uur per week, met uitzicht op een vast contract.
  • Een uitdagende managementfunctie in het MT Wijkzorg, met een mooie veranderopdracht binnen de krachtige Envida-meerjaren-strategie, waarbij we vooruitstrevend en toonaangevend willen zijn en blijven.
