Als Verzorgende IG maak je dagelijks verschil. In Margraten en Cadier en Keer werk je in een betrokken en veelzijdig werkgebied, waar je nauw samenwerkt met collega’s en disciplines zoals fysio, ergo en casemanagers. Je komt bij veel cliënten echt thuis en bouwt daardoor een vertrouwde band op. De zorgvragen zijn afwisselend en soms uitdagend, maar juist dat maakt het werk interessant. Daarnaast werk je waar nodig samen met collega’s in de regio.

Dit draag jij bij

Als Verzorgende IG bied je zorg die past bij wat cliënten thuis nodig hebben. Je werkt zelfstandig in de wijk, maar staat er nooit alleen voor. Je:

  • Biedt persoonlijke verzorging aan cliënten.
  • Stimuleert de zelfstandigheid en regie van cliënten.
  • Signaleert veranderingen en schakelt tijdig met collega’s of mantelzorgers.
  • Bouwt een vertrouwde band op in een diverse wijk met een mix van cliënten.
  • Denkt mee over verbeteringen in het team en begeleid je nieuwe collega’s of stagiaires.

Daarom past deze functie bij jou

  • Je wil werk met betekenis waarin je een verschil maakt voor mensen die ziek of op leeftijd zijn.
  • Je hebt een diploma Verzorgende IG.
  • Je weet hoe je cliënten kunt motiveren en stimuleren bij de dagelijkse begeleiding en verzorging.
  • Je kunt oplossingsgericht werken en bent positief ingesteld.
  • Je beschikt over overtuigingskracht en bent in staat tegenstellingen te overbruggen. Bijvoorbeeld bij het in overleg opstellen van het zorgplan en bij het coördineren en bewaken van de zorg.

Envida biedt hulp en zorg voor ouderen en chronisch zieken in Maastricht en het heuvelland. Dat doen we bij mensen thuis, in de wijk en in onze huizen. We vinden goede zorg een recht voor iedereen. Wijkteam Eijsden: Margraten en Cadier en Keer zijn gezellige, karakteristieke dorpen in het Limburgse Heuvelland, waar mensen elkaar kennen en betrokken zijn bij elkaar. Bij veel cliënten kom je echt bij hen thuis en bouw je in de loop van de tijd een vertrouwde band op. Geen dag is hetzelfde: de zorgvragen zijn divers en soms best uitdagend, waardoor je volop de ruimte krijgt om jouw kennis en ervaring in te zetten.

Dit mag je van ons verwachten

  • Een salaris in FWG 40 tussen €2.811,51 en €3.864,43 bruto per maand op basis van een 36-urige werkweek, exclusief onregelmatigheidstoeslag
  • Een contract voor 8-36 uur.
  • Een werkomgeving die eigen inbreng en initiatieven waardeert en stimuleert.
