Krijg jij energie van klantcontact, commerciële kansen en het goed regelen van zaken? Als commercieel medewerker binnendienst bij Hezelaer Energy ondersteun je zakelijke klanten, partners en accountmanagers. Je stelt offertes op, beheert contracten en denkt mee over aanvullende oplossingen. Zo bouw je mee aan langdurige klantrelaties en de groei van Hezelaer Energy. Ervaring in de energiemarkt is niet noodzakelijk: wij leren je de inhoud!

Wat ga je doen?

Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, partners en accountmanagers. Je zorgt dat aanvragen goed worden opgevolgd en commerciële afspraken correct worden verwerkt.

  • Je beantwoordt vragen van zakelijke klanten en partners via telefoon en e-mail.
  • Je ondersteunt accountmanagers bij klantaanvragen, offertes en commerciële voorstellen.
  • Je stelt offertes en verlengingsvoorstellen op, verstuurt deze en volgt ze actief op.
  • Je verwerkt contractwijzigingen, addenda en klantgegevens zorgvuldig in het CRM.
  • Je verzorgt de aanmelding van nieuwe klanten en aansluitingen en begeleidt het switch- en inhuisproces.
  • Je signaleert commerciële kansen voor aanvullende diensten en ondersteunt campagnes door klanten actief na te bellen.
  • Je werkt samen met accountmanagers, Customer- en partnersupport en Energie Architecten en denkt mee over procesverbeteringen.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent klantgericht, commercieel ingesteld en nauwkeurig. Je ziet wat er moet gebeuren, neemt initiatief en houdt overzicht.

  • Je hebt minimaal MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau.
  • Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een commerciële binnendienst-, sales- of klantgerichte functie.
  • Je communiceert helder, stelt prioriteiten en herkent commerciële kansen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar zoekt ook actief de samenwerking op.
  • Affiniteit met de energiemarkt is een pré.
